Guest Designers for March -- Welcome Jeanne and Barb

Please join me in welcoming both Jeanne and Barb as our guest designers for March.  They are both very talented crafters and I'm so happy that they've agreed to join us for March.  Let's learn a bit about them.

Here's what Jeanne has to say.

Hi, my name is Jeanne Tomshack and I am a stay at home mom who enjoys creating all kinds of crafts. I have a little blog called Creative Bliss where I share what I’ve made and talk a little (okay, sometimes a lot) about my two elementary school aged daughters, Amy (9 ½) and Jessica (8). I’ve been married to my {tolerant of my crafting} hubby since 1996 and we live in beautiful Colorado. I’ve been crafting of one type or another since childhood. My mother loved to craft as well and she helped develop my joy in creating. I enjoy crocheting, knitting, counted cross stitch, digital scrapbooking, cardmaking along with a little bit of this and that.

I used to do a lot of tole painting (completely dating myself, I’m sure) before I discovered scrapbooking and then card-making.Currently, I'm a bit obsessed with my Cricut machine. I must confess though, I’m not a designer of anything, really. I mainly {try to} replicate ideas that strike my fancy. Thank goodness for all the generous folks who are super creative and inspirational!

I was so surprised (and very honored) when Alanna asked little ole me to be a guest designer in March. I decided to accept the challenge and stretch myself beyond my comfort zone. Now here's a bit from Barb.

Hello everybody! My name is Barb and I am honored to be crafting with all of  you this month! I am a full time mom with two daughters, 19 and 14, they are my little princesses. I’ve been married for almost 26 years to the most patient man in the world and all of us share our home with two very obnoxious birds and one very spoiled little doggie. 

I have been a crafter for many years; sewing, crocheting, cross stitching, scrapbooking and paper crafting. My passion right now is making cards. I love to read, bake, workout, go to the movies and have dinner with friends.  I am an information junkie so I like surfing the ‘Net.  I have a degree in Home Economics that I put to use every day; helping people organize their lives and manage their time. I am also a Demonstrator with Gold Canyon Candles. I like meeting new people, in real life and on blogs, please feel free to visit my blog and say hello!

Hello everyone! It's Tammy and I'm very excited to be bringing you this week's challenge! Thank you to everyone who participated in last week's challenge! It was so great to view your fantastic creations and congratulations to all the winners.

I'm sure that, like me, you are slowly getting tired of winter and cannot wait for spring to arrive! Here in Calgary Alberta, it seems like winter lasts for half the year and it's always so cold! So I'm counting the days, when the snow starts melting and I can pack away the mitts and boots...
